Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Advanced Filter Dialog Box

Use this dialog box to create filter expressions.

Field Description
Field You can base the filter expression on any field in the list.
Operator Use this field to specify how Cobra should evaluate the filter expression. You can select from the following operators:
  • Equals =
  • Not Equals < >
  • Less Than or Equals <=
  • Greater Than or Equals >=
  • Less Than <
  • Greater Than >
  • LIKE
  • NOT LIKE
  • Equals or Child Of
Value Use this field to enter any value that you want, or click to select a value in the Lookup dialog box.
And/Or Use this field to select a connection operator between filter expressions.

Select the appropriate values for each field on the lower grid section of the dialog box to create another filter expression.
